I find an odd enjoyment is seeing how much sweat can filter out of my body and absorb into my clothing during my workouts. Please note that I am one who loves layers, so my standard workout outfit consists of a sports bra, a fitted tank, and either a t-shirt or a more stylish loose tank or halter. Yep, that's how I roll.
So at the end of my workout, I will usually have a large wet circle on the front of my fitted tank (with substantial moisture on my bra) and a large wet circle on the back. Sometimes this seeps onto my outer layer as well, but not nearly as much.
After a while of taking note of this pattern, I decided that I would one day like to work hard enough (or maybe just sweat enough if the "working hard" part is somehow not correlated to that) that my entire tank is wet.
Today I accomplished that.
