You can not understand the power and experience 
of using a foam roller until you have done so yourself.

I wasn't unfamiliar with the product. I'd read about it. I'd seen people using them.

I heard the descriptions of how you'd never guess something so seemingly simply could be so effective and actually hurt as much as it does.
